Your time as a SMIT will vary in length based on your experience. Some complete the program in 12 weeks, while others take 24 months. When complete, you'll be ready to step in and run a CVS Pharmacy as a store manager.Working alongside a store manager, you'll be involved with the strategic operation of a CVS Pharmacy store.
