Our core values summarize our commitment to a culture of self-improvement and exceptional customer experiences which were uniquely developed by our employees.This is a career where you will find pride in the work you do and will have the support you need to ensure your success.Responsibilities:Marketing of parts, quoting parts, manage customer on-site stock, drop shipping to customers and technicians and more.Perform follow-up calls.Assist the Service Admin Team, technicians and customers with locating and securing the correct parts.Works with the service manager to identify and execute continuous process improvements.Manages the entire parts ordering cycle process; generation through closing and invoicing.Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.Answer calls and perform duties beyond normal business hours.Overtime is a possibility, but is managed.Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:Two or more years of experience with Agriculture, Farming and or other Parts experience (AG Service provider experience is preferred but not required).Excellent customer relationship skills.Excellent communication skills.Detail oriented.High School diploma or equivalent.Proficiency with Google systems is helpful.
