Will serve as the PM for several projects supporting our US Secret Service (USSS) program, working with the government Contracting Officer (CO), the task order-level Task Managers (TM), government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Will be responsible for the overall management of the personnel and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Will also be responsible for business development within USSS as well as with other DHS agencies.Your future duties and responsibilitiesManage overall activities of the projects to include work assignments, roles and responsibilities for the scheduled project activities.Be responsible for all work performed to meet the requirements of this order.Ensure that technical staff has sufficient expertise and experience to implement the prescribed Agile practices.Support business growth opportunities within the customer portfolio and with other DHS customers.Manage team members including career development/goal setting/annual reviews.The government expects the PM to be a key resource with proven experience and skillsets in managing complex, fast-paced and highly visible projects using an Agile methodology, preferably within the Scrum framework.The PM shall ensure an appropriate level of structure, documentation and review in accordance to DHS SELC guidance.The PM shall provide acquisition support in the form of documentation, program management reviews and acquisition decision events.Required qualifications to be successful in this roleDue to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.PMP required.Experience working with USSS or other DHS agencies (ie CBP, TSA, FEMA, ICE).Desired Qualifications:PMI-ACP or CSM.#CGIFederalJobBuild your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
