Arguably the industry's leading partnering software, BIO One-on-One Partnering (TM) facilitates 50,000 face-to-face meetings each year among investors, biotechs, pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and non-profits at live events.Role: The Marketing Analytics Manager works with senior leadership to develop program KPIs, design and execute in-market tests. During campaign execution, the Analytics manager monitors program performance, prepares dashboards and develops recommendations to improve performance. Post-campaign, the Analytics manager digs deep into the data to understand drivers of success and lessons that can be applied to future campaigns. Additionally, the Marketing Analytics manager will be the day-to-day lead for all data science initiatives including segmentation, profile development, and model builds. When primary research is needed (both qual and quant), the Marketing Analytics manager will be involved in setting the strategy, managing execution, and incorporating learning into future campaigns.Responsibilities: Collaborate with Marketing team to establish marketing goals and test design.Ensure all campaign tracking is setup to measure established KPIs and read test results.Analyze customer and campaign data to understand program performance and provide optimization recommendations.Work with IT and external partners on database development, segmentation, and model builds.Develop customer profiles and define audiences based on campaign content and objectives.Support VP of Marketing on all customer and market research initiatives including primary (qual and quant) and secondary research.Skills & Experience: 5+ years in marketing analytics.Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is mandatory.Experience with SAS and SPSS.Agency experience a significant plus.Experience with B2B marketing.Collaborative workstyleStrong written and verbal presentation skillsAbility to illustrate data concepts and trends visually for executive consumption.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:BIO will be returning to office on December 1, 2021.
