If that describes you, we're looking for you!We're currently hiring a Customer Service Chat/Email Agent to effectively and efficiently interact with our client base of professional photographers, semi-professional photographers, and consumers.You will be providing information in response to inquiries about orders and accounts. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to exceed expectations in completing tasks through all communication portals of customer service.An important aspect of this role is relationship building and the ability to work on a staggered schedule to ensure adequate department coverage. What began as a startup with 3 employees has expanded to a team of more than 300 employees, working in more than 100,000 square feet of office and production space.Primary Responsibilities Include: Communicate via inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chatEffectively manage phone, email, and/or chat online workflowEnthusiastically and professionally address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account informationProcess orders while communicating all essential customer account informationComplete a weekly one-on-one meeting with the team leader and directorApply coaching to improve customer service, interpersonal and communication skillsThe successful candidate will have: 2+ years of proven customer support experience, contact center experience in a high volume call center environmentPrior phone/chat/email customer support experience in a call center environmentExceptional typing ability ( >50 wpm)Strong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity and experience with CRM technologies, such as MS Office, Zen Desk, and data processing systemsStrong keyboard skillsAn interest in print media, photography, or similar industry helps but is not requiredEducation: High school diploma or equivalentLOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
