The Cleaning Authority Corporate Office is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for appointment setting and providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers of The Cleaning Authority by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.Call Center hours: Monday-Friday 8am-10pmSaturday 9am-5pmNo overnight shifts!Closed every Sunday!Closed most Major Holidays! -Paid Holiday's for full time employeesAbility to Earn/Accrue PTO from your first week of employment - For full time employeesResponsibilities: Responding in a professional and courteous manner to client inquiriesEffectively handle client inquiries and concerns based on established contact and operations standardsInterpreting client's issues and questionsConsistently meet individual and departmental performance standards and goalsThe scheduling of In-Home estimates, meeting or exceeding the forecasted estimate to call ratioCoordinate with other departments, provide feedback and status reports regarding problem identification and resolutionsAbove average attendance and timeliness recordQualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills, including listeningStrong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsOutstanding written communication skills, including spelling and grammarAbility to set priorities, plan and organize workExcellent interpersonal skillsProficient in Windows environment, and typing (40 WPM minimum)High school diploma or GED or 2 or more years of Call Center/Customer Service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceOther advance education in related field or equivalent experienceDemonstrated success in a busy Call Center environmentSales experience desiredWe believe our greatest asset are our employees, we offer a salary of $14.20 per hour and a benefits package.
