Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Northern Virginia! The ideal candidates will have previous Call Center experience.Job Description:Respond to customer requests and inquiriesProvide customers with status updatesProvide accurate information and guidance to customers via our reference guides and policiesUpdate our automated database systemsCommunicate with Customer Information staff as needed via phone or emailQualifications:Must have at least one year of Call Center ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree is preferredMust have impeccable verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient in data entry and basic computer skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to provide top-notch customer service to our customersMust have a cooperative and professional attitudeAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
