Job Overview: The AR/AP Supervisor will oversee the following tasks: Accounts Receivable Timely issuance of invoicesProper matching of deposits to invoicesEstablishing Collection ProceduresReviewing aging customer accounts Accounts Payable Researching arrival of productVerifying the receipt of goods to invoicesEstablishing Procedures for communication with vendors and buyersVerifying payments have been applied correctlyThis position reports directly to the Assistant Controller.
