The Foreclosure Paralegals will be responsible for enhancing attorney effectiveness by providing information management support, assisting the attorney in the delivery of legal services. Job Requirements: -Update the applicable foreclosure workstations with all pertinent foreclosure sale information Setting foreclosure and bankruptcy strategy Take title in the named foreclosure beneficiary upon completion of the foreclosure process Update and comment the foreclosure module with all pertinent foreclosure sale and post-sale information Work with local counsel and foreclosure specialist to complete required documents to proceed with foreclosure Handling foreclosure complaints and answer cross claims Resolve foreclosure exception items involving Investor Review foreclosure legal cases to ensure appropriate actions Counsel as needed during the foreclosure sale process Review new foreclosure legal cases for required pre-foreclosure requirements, prepares and submits appropriate documentation to foreclosure attorney for the appropriate state in which the property is located Complete the foreclosure action 1st Legal milestone Monitor the status of the foreclosure sales and postsale activities Answering questions pertain to the CT foreclosure process Perform the highest risk administrative functions related to the foreclosure process Provide guidance to counsel during the foreclosure sale and postsale processes Managing any and all tasks associated with the legal process of foreclosure Ensuring that all steps relating to foreclosure sales and postsale processes are completed Ensure compliance with federal, state, regulatory and investor guidelines regarding foreclosure Outsource vendors processes and provides direction and support as needed for the foreclosure portfolio Ensure that all events surrounding the foreclosure sale are completed in a timely fashion
