Then, we'd love to hear from you!The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner will design and implement employee-related solutions and HR initiatives that engage, prepare, and progress our workforce. They will lead the execution of the global HR Strategy in our facilities. Will be responsible for participating in all aspects of a diverse portfolio of global and regional HR projects. The position will also be responsible for collaborating with the Centers of Expertise and Shared Services to liaise, coordinate and facilitate HR activities to meet key objectives. Duties & Responsibilities: * Collaborate as a member of the leadership team to map talent strategy to business strategy and enable execution.* Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.* Leads the positive performance of the site HR team.* Develop and execute site-level strategies to improve employee engagement and culture.* Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.* Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.* Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.* Ensure transactional side of human resources is being completed within state and federal employment guidelines* Plan, implement and administer local benefits programs to attract and retain top talent* Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.* Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.* Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.* Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.* and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.* Contributes to profitable and consistent business results by partnering with local leadership team to accomplish business objectives and desired results.Qualifications:Language Capabilities* Fluent in EnglishEducation Requirements* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience requiredExperience Requirements* A successful track record of transformational business partnering* 7+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles; Labor Relations and Employee Relations* 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role* International Human Resources/Compliance experience, preferredAttributes:* Smart, humble and collaborative* High degree of maturity and emotional intelligence with a track record of successfully leading through difficult situations* Strong project management skills and ability to translate vision into action* Data-driven orientation that combines qualitative and quantitative* Resourcefulness, pragmatism, and roll-up the sleeves mentality* Efficiency and organizational skills* Able to manage competing demands and easily adapts to changes in work environment and schedule* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision* Must be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and must be able to effectively present to all levels of the organization* Energizing personality, excellent communication skills, detail oriented, strong time management skills, ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously, meet competing priorities and deadlines under pressure, and ability to drive cross-functional teaming and linkages are a must for this role.What We Offer:At ESAB, we are shaping the future of welding and cutting.
