We are creating a new position of Global Director of Human Resources to help lead Capstone into our next phase of global growth. This person will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional with the experience and skills necessary to design and execute best-in-class recruiting and training programs. They must be able to collaborate across groups, influence all levels of the organization, and roll up their sleeves and engage on a hands-on basis. Capstone has a flat management structure, and the Global Director of HR will sit on the management committee and report directly to the CEO. We are looking for a Human Resource professional who can diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes. The person in this role must be able to interface effectively across all levels of the organization. You will need business acumen, excellent communication skills, influence skills, strategic thinking, planning/project management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rigorous environment. Responsibilities for the role include: Developing a world-class talent strategy needed to support our tremendous growth, and build a work environment where employees can thrive and grow. Designing and improving existing processes related to performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, and compensation/rewards. Engaging in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR plans. Facilitating internal management conversations around organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, and development. Reviewing and analyzing business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements. Provide compensation support, including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling. Work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests. Able to travel domestically and internationally, as appropriate YourMembership.
