Our physicians, together with our specialty-trained nurses, technicians and highly-dedicated patient care staff, are committed to providing adult patients with outstanding urologic care, personalized for each patient.United Urology is seeking a Director of Physician Recruitment to join the Human Resource's team in Owings Mills, Maryland. The Sr. Director will be responsible for managing the entire physician recruitment process for all UUG Markets and will be the point person for interviews. conferences, networking events, and other activities involving the recruitment life-cycle for doctors.RecruitmentThe individual will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process for physicians to include: sourcing, screening, recruiting, interviewing qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, assist in negotiating offers, closing candidates, hiring and onboarding.Collaborate and partner with operations leaders on an on-going basis to review physician requirements and plans.Utilize creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to target physicians via major job boards, social media, professional networking events, referrals, agencies, conferences and other methods.Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending job fairs and conferences.Create relationships and contact residency programs for outreach regarding UUG opportunities.Engage new prospects, build lasting relationships and sustain a physician pipeline of active and passive candidates for interest and suitability for current and future positions.Develop and maintain strong internal customer and physician relationships.Work in close collaboration with "A< oechampion' physician leaders in various regions.Advising operations leaders about recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements and appropriate interviewing techniques; providing resources and tools as needed to educate and enhance the skills of individuals involved in the hiring processes.Pre-qualify physicians including availability, information regarding licensing, credentialing, malpractice and privileging requirements; prior to setting up formal interviews.Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies and helping resolve work-related problems.Perform other office duties as assigned by manager.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university.7+ years of solid provider recruitment experience. Healthcare experience is required.Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining strong, effective relationships with hiring managers and other business leaders.Professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience in a corporate and or search firm environment.Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems or HRIS as well as experience recruiting through the use of job boards, social media and networking.Experience developing and executing passive sourcing strategies to creatively attract top talent in the industry by using internet sourcing techniques and sites and full recruiting lifecycle background.
