Vector Security Networks is hiring a Sr. Specialized Customer Service Representative in the Gainesville, VA location. This position is responsible for being the direct point of contact for a customer, working with other internal departments to resolve customer issues and may be assigned to special projects. This position is also responsible for assisting with training new customer service reps as well as day to day tasks that include but not limited to; reporting, updating of 3rd party software, supporting basic operational tasks such as creating estimates and proposals for customer approval, providing secondary accounting assistance with jobs.
