The desired outcome is to increase organizational efficiencies and reduce risks inherent in a complex organization with varying, and document-intensive, stakeholder acquisition and reporting practices.Responsibilities Include:Support systems engineering tasks including CONOPs generation, requirements development and traceability, and strategic planningDevelop organizational-level plans and strategies, coordinating with component offices and other stakeholdersManage IPT/Working Group meetings to facilitate communication and coordination across the customer's enterpriseIdentify effective tools, models, analytical capabilities, and system architectural designs to effect improved organizational agility and performanceLead support effort in all aspects of planning, developing, and implementing MBSE/digital engineering practices in the customer's organization; support implementation of pilot effortsManage schedules and deliverables; track actions; brief status of effortsTravel (10-15%) outside assigned work areaQualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 9 years of relevant experience; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degreeClearance: Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required to be considered with the ability to complete a counter-intelligence scope polygraph (post-hire); SCI eligibility must be determined prior to hireRequired Qualifications:7+ years or more of experience providing systems engineering in support of DoD and/or IC programsExperience with MBSE and SysML design toolsDiplomatic, tactful, and strong interpersonal and professional skills to work effectively in politically sensitive environmentsDesired Qualifications:An active Top Secret clearance with access to SCI and CI PolygraphExperience providing digital engineering efforts in support of DoD and/or IC programsAdvanced degree in a scientific or technical field (Physics, Engineering, Operations Research)PMP and/or other professional certificationsCOVID Policy: Prospective and/or new employees will be required to adhere with SAIC's vaccination policy.
