For more information, please visit: .ResponsibilitiesSoftware Developer will support a high-paced client environment and team of experienced full stack application developers. Developer will be responsible for developing modules using Java, React, Spring Boot, Postgres (EDB) architecture residing in a CI/CD pipeline.Developers will bring hands-on experience with reviewing and implementing requirements, implementing code, unit testing, peer reviewing with team mates, working with QA team to resolve code defects. Carrying a sense of urgency to ensure code is well built to coding standards. Able to work with the team to root cause any issues that do surface. Developers should be performance minded. Be aware of business needs and the software functionality being created or maintained, inclusive of automated QA, security integration, and system monitoring efforts. With an ability to learn new development tools as the need arises. Provide mentorship of team mates that are more junior or are learning new technologiesQualificationsThe following skills/experience/knowledge are required to be considered for this role:Bachelor's degree and 3+ year experience minimum required or equivalent experience working with relevant technology stack.Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, JPA or Hibernate, and Transactional SQL databasesExperience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Restful API patterns and best practicesStrong Object-Oriented Programming knowledgeExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, DockerAbility to work in Linux environment such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Open Shift, Core OSShows experience applying technical knowledge and experience to recommend and implement software application solutions that achieve business requirements.Experience designing, implementing, unit testing, software programs, interfaces, API, reports and controls in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycleStays current with software development technology advances to enable production support and incident resolution that meets service level agreements.Experience working as team lead for small projects with limited duration. Directs, monitors, reviews the work of team members.
