Leads and manages the definition, development, and delivery of Nasdaq products by balancing client desirability, financial viability, and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle. As a Product Delivery Lead, you are directly responsible for maximizing the value of the product for our clients.1. Execute the Vision Translate the product strategy into a roadmap, metrics, and desired functionality expressed as stories in the product backlog with support from the product manager.2. Translate Desires Communicate the voice of the customer to the development team. Manage customer expectations as you turn their pains and problems into actionable user stories in the backlog. Provide guidance of product functionality to development teams.3. Prioritize Needs Understand, define, and communicate the prioritization of product requirements expressed as stories in the product backlog with a mind toward business value, flow, and tradeoffs.4. Act as a Servant Leader Actively manage business risks, issues, & impediments expressed by the delivery team. Attend agile ceremonies to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap.5. Enhance Quality Build quality into acceptance criteria and accept all work increments produced by the development team. Track progress on release and completion. Integrate with the other business product lines and technology to align your products strategy with the overall needs directed by the business line and technology executives.6.
