SCCI is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst II to provide Requirements Analysis support using Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) for our Configuration Management team. This position is located in Dahlgren, VA.While under COVID, remote support is maximized, but you must be available to report to the on-site location as needed to supplement telecommuting. This position will return to on-site support as requested/required by the customer. ResponsibilitiesProvide Requirement Development, Verification, and Management Support using Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)Analyze data including, but not limited to: Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), System Change Notices (SCNs), Requirement Change Notices (RCNs), and Notice of Revision (NORs)Manage Critical Design Documents, Capability Production Documents, System, Software, and Hardware Requirement Specifications, Design Documents, Interface Requirement Specifications and Requirement Verification Matrices to develop and maintain configuration baselines. in a parent-child baselineMaintain effective customer relationships. Facilitate communication flow with internal team and external customersCapture meeting highlights/minutes, action items and generate trip reports. Act as back up to board secretariat support functions: agendas, minutes, action items, comment consolidating, change review, etc.Essential Skills and ExperienceMust be a US CITIZEN and have an ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE5-10 years of Configuration Management and Requirements Management experienceMust have strong analytical skills as well as the ability to quickly grasp software tool applicationsExperience in developing Configuration Management Plans, Requirement Management Plans, DOORS Database Schemas, Processes, Job InstructionsFamiliar with the guidelines that identify good requirementsFamiliar Capability Development Document (CDDs), Capability Production Documents (CPDs), System Requirements Documents, System Design Documents, Interface Design Documents and Software and Hardware Specifications structures and relationshipsFamiliar with Lifecycle Development and TraceabilityFluent in use of Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) for management of program requirementsDemonstrated experience developing and maintaining hierarchical configuration breakdowns within DOORsStrong research and analytical skillsAbility to effectively communicate across all organizational levels to include co-workers, managers, and government customersAbility to multi-task, work well independently as well as in a team environmentProficient with MS-Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and AccessAbility and willingness to support occasional travel requirementsPreferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in technical field or related disciplineExperience in evaluating system requirements, system architectures, and operational requirements for combat system elementsMagic Draw or GEARS experienceSCCI is committed to providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to meet the needs of employees and their families.
