The position will be located in Chantilly, VA, and requires an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract, supporting the customer's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.In this role, you will perform Systems Engineering activities related to Information Technology or engineering including: requirements definition, scheduling, analysis and engineering. The candidate may also support the customer's Action Officer Functions, Systems Engineering providing expert advice, assistance, and assessments for organizational and business improvement efforts.Key functions include:Work closely with the Government customer and make recommendations related to management of the requirements, schedule or Systems Engineering functionsDirecting/overseeing the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of applicable tasksPrepare reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending and new actionsInteract with multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs), facilitating risk and action closure with Acquisition Offices and usersSupport technical consultation, meeting coordination, and support to recommendation briefingsConsolidate office and Program Office input and develop the Weekly Activity Report (WAR)Coordinate and maintain program schedulesConduct strategic planning and provide logistical support for meetingsDraft correspondence as needed by leadershipPerform reviews and provide technical edit support to all official documentsOther duties as assigned pertaining to strategic communication supporting program officeQualificationsTYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experienceActive TS/SCI clearance with CI PolygraphBachelor's degree in a Technical, Business or related discipline and a minimum of 6 years within Government or 5 years within intelligence Community or Department of Defense; or an Associate's degree with 5 years direct experience within the NRO customer organization or 4+ years in lieu of BachelorsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applicationsDemonstrated ability to work in high visibility customer officesDemonstrated ability to prioritize competing requirements and tasks and managing longer-term tasks as well as short-term obligationsCommunicate effectively with senior management, as well as employees at all levelsStrong interpersonal skillsExperience supporting acquisition strategy, development and release planning, as well as continuous integration initiatives supporting mission capability releases enabling End to End GEOINT missionsCommitment to recognize, understand, respect and collaborate effectively within various SETA, FFRDC, and Government lines of authorityStrong writing/reporting and verbal communication skillsFlexible in a constantly changing business landscapeDesired Qualifications:Experience in engineering and/or acquisition of IC and/or DoD spacecraft systemsKnowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program managementIntermediate to advanced user proficiency with customer action tracking toolAgile, AWS or DevOps certificationFamiliarity with overall GEOINT ground customer, including technical familiarity with mission control and/or processing of one or more GEOINT systems (including sensor knowledge)COVID Policy: Prospective and/or new employees will be required to adhere with SAIC's vaccination policy.
