We are seeking full cycle sales professionals that will develop and execute a sales plan, research market opportunities, prospect for customers and close new business.Topcon Solutions serves the AEC industry as a division of Topcon Positioning Systems, and an Autodesk Platinum Partner. Supporting our customers with training, technical support, consulting & repair is our specialty. 13 locations, covering 20 states.Description: Topcon is an Autodesk Platinum Partner, our Software Sales Representatives are responsible for Autodesk software sales to Architects, Engineers, Construction Firms, General Contractors and Owners. We are seeking full-cycle sales professionals that will develop and execute a sales plan, research market opportunities, prospect for customers and close new business.Responsibilities:Generate qualified sales leads, secure new business and support current customers.Prospecting via telemarketing and email.Utilize NetSuite CRM for customer management, activity, and follow-up.Attending marketing activities such as trade shows and customer events.Willingness to make 30+ calls per day.Willingness to learn the products we sell and AEC industry.Ability to work in a fast-past environment with many overlapping priorities.Ability to come up with solutions, sometimes with little guidance.Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving SAAS licensing modelsRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.1-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsMust be able to work in a team-oriented, technical environmentMust be self-motivated with interest in technologyKnowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.Experience with using NetSuite or other CRM desired.Candidates must have excellent phone and written communication skillsStrong work ethic, high energy and results orientated.Positive attitudeAttention to detailCompany policy requires newly hired employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as of their start date.
