THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR REMOTE WORK ARRANGEMENTS Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a highly qualified International Trade Compliance Manager 2 to join the NGDS International Trade Compliance (ITC) sector team. This position reports to the DS sector Compliance, Infrastructure and ATF Manager.Responsibilities include:Ensures compliance with business processes for submitting to and obtaining from the US government all necessary export and import licenses, permits, and certifications.Executes operational processes for assuring trade compliance through gate reviews of technical data, foreign travel, foreign visits, and export and import shipments.Conducts Export/Import self-assessments.Develops and delivers Export/Import Training and EducationRevises policies, procedures and work instructions as necessary.Utilizes metrics to monitor transactions and licensing activities.Coordinates and reviews potential incidents of non-compliance and closure of corrective actions.Engages with critical functions that are key stakeholders in driving Export/Import compliance.Maintains awareness of changing export control laws and regulations and provides analysis regarding applicability and impact to company products and technologies, as well as existing company export policies and proceduresParticipates in enterprise projects including digital transformation, general awareness and other sector and company initiatives.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of international trade compliance experience, orMaster's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of international trade compliance experienceProficiency in the ITAR, EAR and regulatory changes associated with Export Control ReformMust have or be able to obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearanceMaintains applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirementsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with OCR's EASE Software, use of ITAR and EAR authorizations, and Jurisdiction and Classification process.Experience in training large, diverse groups on various export related issues mattersActive DoD security clearanceSalary Range: 116200 - 174200Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
