The ideal candidate will be able to quickly assimilate into the current team. This position may augment other software development projects on an as needed basis.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's in Computer Science or Software DevelopmentObject-oriented Development experienceMinimum of 3 years software development experience in C++Experience working in Windows and Linux/Unix environmentsFamiliarity with Agile Development (Scrum or other variants)Ability to obtain a Secret Security ClearanceDesired Skills:Familiarity with OO Design PatternsFamiliarity with JavaCurrent Secret Security ClearanceTeam orientedStrong problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with existing training products to include Next Generation Simulation (NGS) and the Oasis product lineStrong problem solving skills, including the ability to review performance issues, identify root cause, recommend and develop a solutionScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
