You'll work across multiple business units and teams to define and develop AI-based solutions for products that take the organization to the next level.Using current and emerging AI technologies, you will:Guide data science and data engineering elements of AI projectsGuide and perform data identification, collection, and qualification activitiesLead data analysis for multiple projects with diverse scopes and complex business and technical challengesDevelop best practices for data science, considering the full analytical lifecycleDevelop guidelines for evaluating new analytical tools and platformsImplement new technologies in a production environment with product, IT, and data engineering teamsPresent reports and findings to senior level technical and non-technical audiencesThe Expertise and Skills You BringPhD in Computer Science or other related STEM disciplines with relevant research papers; or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or similar disciplines with 5 years relevant professional experienceKnowledge of Natural Language Processing, OCR, Computer Vision, Information Retrieval, Machine Comprehension, Question Answering, Reinforcement Learning, Knowledge Graph, Causal Inference, Design of Experiment, Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithmsStrong Python and SQL programming skills with demonstrated proficiency in data extraction, data engineering, data analysis, machine learning, data modeling and pipeline automationAbility to write object-oriented solutions and to package and streamline existing modelsExperience in technologies and tools such as BERT/BART, GPT, SQuAD, Snorkel, TFIDF, TensorFlow, Keras, MXNET and/or H2OAbility to communicate with confidence and demonstrate a proven record of quality#RemoteCertifications:Company OverviewAt Fidelity Investments, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
