Lead Integration and Test EngineerJob Category: EngineeringTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental USC5ISR Center is seeking a self-motivated Lead Integration & Testing Engineer to join our team in delivering mission critical solutions for a variety of stakeholders at our Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD location.What You'll Get to Do:We are seeking subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of Integration and Test of hardware/software and DoD systems for our location in APG, MD. The successful candidate will excel in leading all aspects of test in support of a mission critical effort and will be responsible for developing evaluation and test plans/procedures, directing/executing test procedures, and documenting/communicating results and analysis to both internal and external groups. The Engineer will lead junior test engineers and coordinate with other technical and program project staff to identify and capture defects, troubleshoot and resolve testing issues, and ensure conformance of products to specifications. The Engineer will support the successful development and execution of Government test and evaluation processes.
