Most importantly, you will be part of the clinical team making critical clinical decisions around whether to hold our patients, sent them home, or transfer them to one of our inpatient unit.The Clinical Coordinator as the assistant to the Department Director performs a dual role - clinical and administrative. He/she is responsible for identifying the need for, implementing and complying with all unit and hospital standards. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for clinical and administrative decisions on the unit during the absence of the Nursing Director.
