Our 231-bed hospital specializes in maternal/child health, surgical services on both an inpatient and extensive outpatient basis, urological services including lithotripsy, cancer care with state-of-the-art radiation therapy, rehabilitation therapy programs and a wide array of diagnostic imaging capabilities. Most importantly, you will be part of the clinical team making critical clinical decisions around whether to hold our patients, sent them home, or transfer them to one of our inpatient unit.The Clinical Coordinator as the assistant to the Department Director performs a dual role - clinical and administrative. He/she is responsible for identifying the need for, implementing and complying with all unit and hospital standards. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for clinical and administrative decisions on the unit during the absence of the Nursing Director. He/she supervises all caregivers on the unit and service as a role model to staff.We believe in our team and your ability to do excellent work with us.
