Candidate will work in one of the following locations:Dulles, VAHuntsville, ALRoy, UTBaltimore, MDChandler, AZRedondo Beach,CAThe successful candidate will be a direct report to the Sector Director of Contracts, Property and Operations. The successful candidate must be a proven leader and have demonstrated breadth and depth of experience managing contracts and captures with diverse set of customers/agencies including domestic and international content.In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with division directors, division Operations leads and other functional leadership in support of providing guidance for complex captures, policy and procedure development, coordinate and manage data calls for the sector, identifying process and tool improvements, and developing positive relationships at all levels.The Contract Manager will have regular, proactive interface and effective collaboration with division teams and Sector leadership and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Providing guidance on contractual matters, data calls, and established procedures.Reviewing contractual documents for protection of the company's contractual/risk posture, satisfaction of contractual requirements as needed to assist across the sector team and guide accordingly for activities in activities such as Countries of Concern and L316 review and assessment. Keen attention to detail is essential.Conducting analysis of MOCAS data and forecasting support of On Time Deliveries (OTD) to the division leadership teams in order to effectively manage OTD metrics for the sector.Serving as liaison to support audit requests for SOX compliance, Tax and drive resolution with division leadership teams and cognizant Contracts Representatives.Developing innovative solutions for effective overall maintenance of Sector Contracts SharePoint site content and recurring data calls.Regular maintenance of Master CAGE code list across the sector. Collaborating with divisions to address anomalies as identified, as well as coordination with other sector functions to communicate and provide guidance on CAGE code matters. Serving as liaison to Security to address any facility clearance requests as needed.Collaborating with Divisions and provide concise guidance related to C101-SPO Division Delegation.Reviewing requests for Delegation of Authority letters for international contracting and provide recommendations for issuance.Offering guidance and working cooperatively with a multitude of organizations ranging from technical, program, finance, supply chain, export and security as well as the Sector Operations team.Acting as a role model for diversity and inclusion through seeking out and including diverse opinions and perspectives and has the ability to solve complex problems by actively seeking information and new ideas from a variety of sources.Demonstrating commitment and energy to meet Sector Ops needs with the ability to provide concise and effective communication through presentation, written documentation or email format with different levels of Management is key.Tracking record of meeting critical organizational timelines/deadlines.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 9+ years relevant experience in contract administration/management or related field - OR - Master's Degree from an accredited institution with 7+ years relevant experience in contract administration/management or related field.Demonstrated 5+ year of leadership or supervisor experience.Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with division leadership teams and variety of leadership styles.Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic sector leadership team.Experience negotiating and administering various contract types of varying sizes, complexity and types of agreements with the DoD.Thorough understanding of the requirements of applicable government regulations (FAR, DFAR, ITAR).Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently, possess excellent problem solving of a moderate to complex nature, meet critical deadlines and organizational skills is paramount.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use them in informing, and presenting to all levels of management.Ability to function independently and effectively with competing priorities and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Ability to travel if needed.Ability to obtain & maintain an active TS clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree or equivalent professional certification.10+ years' experience in government contracting.Ability to build strong customer intimacy internally with a variety of senior and executive division and sector leadership is a key priority.Good understanding of varied customer (both domestic and international) contract terms and conditions, including experience with preparation of formal responses to customers, negotiations of terms and conditions, and, when necessary, administration of contracts of various types.Experience with export licensing agreements and procedures, experience in negotiating international Offsets.Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to effectively drive projects to completion.Proven ability to dynamically lead, inspire, motivate and influence others.Salary Range: 118484 - 205788Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
