Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) is searching for Software Programmers to support the Army's Identity Intelligence mission in either Aberdeen, MD, or Charlottesville, VA. This effort will support research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. DSA will assist the Identity Intelligence Warfare Directorate (I2WD) in the goal of meeting the needs of increasingly complex systems requirements and technologies.Required Education, Certifications and Security ClearanceBS degree in Engineering or Computer ScienceTS // SCIRequired QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience with o Creating and modifying applications by converting software requirements into code o Designing, coding and debugging applications in different software languages o Analyzing software code, risks, and reliability o Writing new program codes using prescribed specifications o Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and implementing solutions using software design patterns, style guides, and best practices o Writing code to implement functionality and perform full testing cycles o Collaborating with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and developing of new software programs and applications o Performing detail analysis of design, implementation, and derived codeExtensive knowledge of programming algorithms, design patterns, and object oriented software designDesired QualificationsDoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certificationExperience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft AzureAWS Professional or Associate level certificationsExperience with ICITE or DCGS-A Cloud concepts and architecturesKnowledge of Agile software development project methodologiesExperience conducting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) analysis to include: software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, and identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, security analysis, and software reliability analysis.Experience designing, engineering, implementing, and maintaining software development solutions in secure processing environments which must adhere to US Government Information Assurance and Security standards such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).Familiarity with the concept, implementation, and operations associated with DevOps in a hybrid IT organizationCOVID-19 continues to significantly impact our communities, families and employees.
