Company DescriptionAs a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator at Publicis Sapient, you will partner with federal clients to build collaboration spaces to achieve the business of government. You will work within a cross-functional, highly-capable team of technology professionals supporting a large NIH client. You will lead the enterprise-wide collection of SharePoint 2016 collaboration site requirements, select and configure SharePoint features, and manage site and user features and access.Job DescriptionYour Impact:Perform SharePoint 2016 administration and configuration consulting, recommending and implementing SharePoint collaboration features for customers.Consult with stakeholders to identify and implement SharePoint requirementsBuild and enhance SharePoint user guides and provide training support to a wide group of stakeholdersClearly articulate SharePoint-based solutions, present in new business situations and workshops, and navigate sometimes complex client situations.Develop and maintain SharePoint Team Sites, Document Libraries, Custom Lists and other SharePoint componentsAssess new and relevant SharePoint technologiesEstablish and maintain site security, cross-site groups, and webpartsInteract with customers and team to resolve system issuesBe the first point of contact to identify, manage and resolve SharePoint questions, issues, dependencies, and risks with the team and client.QualificationsYour Skills & Experience:Must be a US Citizen or US Legal Permanent ResidentEligible for US Government Clearance - public trust3-5 years of relevant work experienceAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with team and client to understand requirements and enhance and maintain SharePoint 2016 site collection.Proficient with collaboration tools including Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and Microsoft Office applicationsFlexible, collaborative, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain teamwork and optimal project flowFacilitation and interaction skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements informationObservational skills, to validate data obtained via other techniques and expose new areas for elicitationOrganizational skills, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysisAdditional InformationSet Yourself Apart With:Microsoft SharePoint and other relevant technology certificationsSharePoint 2019 administration and configuration experienceSharePoint design and custom development supportUsing research and analysis to identify emerging approaches, technology, and solutions that can be leveraged in the implementation of identified requirements.Knowledge of software development life-cycle practices, principles, and techniquesKnowledge of standard research and analysis methodologies, frameworks, and techniquesRelevant experience working for federal government and federal health agency clientsBachelor's Degree from college or UniversityA Tip From the Hiring Manager:You are an exceptional SharePoint Site Collection Administrator that is always one step ahead of the game.
