We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies.We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!We have over 73,000+ CGI Members in 40 countries and over 5k+ loyal Clients who are leveraging our end-to-end services across the globeOur immediate ask is for an experienced resource with Supplier Accounts / Banking & Settlement and Customer Accounts domain knowledge preferably having implementation and Production Support at a lead capacity.Your future duties and responsibilitiesConfiguration and maintenance of the GL, FDM AP .BI/AR domain in WorkdayIdentify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday with external applicationsCoordinate system implementations and releases, upgrades, enhancement packages, custom module build-out, and process design.Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base, maintaining and supporting integration delivery.Responsible for overall performance and availability of integrations.Implementation support, Workday optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications.Determine strategic needs, define functional and technical specifications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.Required qualifications to be successful in this roleAt least 5+ years of Workday core ERP functional experienceProficiency in configuration maintenance of the GL, FDM AP .BI/AR domains along with familiarity with projects and other financial domainsStrong understanding of Workday environment management, release management, configuration best practices, and deployment methodologiesAbility to identify gaps in business requirements, including a strong ability to ask the right questions to fill in gapsExposure to application architecture, development and integration practicesExcellent troubleshooting skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with end-users and rapidly provide solutions based needsDesired qualificationsWe do not expect this resource to be technical or be able to code but familiarity with integrations and reporting is a plus.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTBachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fieldBuild your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
