Job Summary/Company: We have partnered with a credit union in their search for a Member Service Representative. As an integral member of our Member Services team, you will provide a Remarkable experience to each and every member by assisting them with various transactions and finding the right solutions to meet their financial needs. You will play a critical role in recommending additional products and services to enhance their overall banking experience.
• What You'll Bring

• Minimum 1 year of previous call center and/ or banking experience

• Excellent communication skills, phone demeanor and etiquette

• A love for a collaborative, energetic, and member focused environment

• The ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced environment

• A strong work ethic as well as an outgoing, positive personality and a sense of humor

• Prior Symitar experience (preferred)

• Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus
