Job Details
Sparks Group has teamed up with a woman owned government contractor to search for a qualified Business Analyst. The Analyst will examine data reports for improvement, report issues, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements to procedures. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to develop the data analysis strategies and to help deliver quantifiable results
- Develop BI reports and dashboards to address business needs
- Support teams by analyzing procurement systems and processes, review current practices and make recommendations for process improvements
- Develop business case and impact analysis of proposed recommendations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the value of project deliverables and services
- Develop documentation including procedures, process flow diagrams, work instructions, and protocols for analytical processes
- Work directly with client to understand the individual needs
- Create and present reports to senior management and stakeholders to support recommendations
- Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion
- Position requires U.S. Citizenship
- Active Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required
- 5+ years of acquisitions and related experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all milestones of the acquisition process
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and Adobe products; intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple deadlines driven projects
- Strong analytical skills to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports, and technical documents
