We have a current opening for a Director of Culinary Experience. The Director of Culinary Experience is responsible for the day to day operations and staffing for the community kitchen and dining experience. Become part of our family and find your Cadence. Responsibilities Direct and manage all food and beverage staff to include front and back of house operations. Achieve all budgetary goals. Ensure resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience. Maintain all departmental documentation according to state and federal regulations. Plan and execute all menus and meal preparation and events. Maintain inventory control of food, alcohol, supplies and equipment. Food, alcohol, and equipment purchasing. Recruit, interview, hire and evaluate staff. Revise duties for F&B staff. Provide safe and comfortable work environment. Monitor all food handling procedures. Maintain professional appearance. Continually explores means of revenue enhancement and expense reduction. Qualifications BA/BS Degree in Foods, Nutrition, Management or related field. Hands on experience in Food Preparation three years minimum. Progressive Management experience five years minimum. Both front and back of the house experience to total ten years
