Position overview mezeh is seeking a digital marketing coordinator to run our social media, ad campaigns and email blasts. Responsibilities manage all social media platforms (instagram, facebook, twitter, linkedin) create content for emails - write schedule ahead of time and receive approval prior to launch work closely with graphic designer on all visuals and branding maintain current google ad campaigns and create new campaigns for upcoming mezeh locations, promotions, etc. manage all digital marketing ad campaigns (google ads, instagram, facebook, youtube) propose budgets for ad campaigns and keep spreadsheet of spending attend grand openings and other events for photography and social media content keep google my business profiles up-to-date ensure new store's google my profiles are listed and accurate prior to store opening conduct weekly reports on social media engagement, ad campaigns, and correlated sales performance, specifically surrounding new store openings and promotional deals post job listings for all levels - store, management and corporate office Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities minimum 2 year of restaurant/F&B experience minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience minimum 4 years of working experience bachelor's degree preferred, but may be replaced with impressive experience have a professional manner and appearance at all times upbeat with a positive, and energetic personality to engage and communicate with mezeh guests and followers detail oriented and organized work style creative and innovative approach excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills experience with microsoft 365 suite (specifically outlook and teams) handle high pressure job demands while maintaining composure and exhibiting sound judgment sets realistic objectives and goals, and implements the necessary steps to achieve them Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location
