New OPPORTUNITY Our client, a very known non-profit organization with seven locations around the DMV area is searching for an Human Resources Manager. This role is a hybrid roles with the potential of 25-35% travel between seven (7) locations (Baltimore is Admin HQ, Annapolis, Frederick, Owings Mills, Towson, & Easton). This is a Contract to Hire or a Direct Hire opportunity depending on the candidate. The Human Resources Manager who will act as a right hand to the Sr. VP of Human Resources will be responsible for all HR functions and duties. The HR Manager will oversee all for the recruitment process, on-boarding and off-boarding processes, provider credentialing and development and training. This position represents the organization in workplace investigations and grievances. This positions participates in the research and development of policy and procedures; develops and delivers training to supervisory staff; and has direct supervisory responsibility for the HR Assistant, HR Generalist and Corporate Recruiter. A great understanding of Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Development and Human Resources as a strategic partner is key to the success. Education and Experience Required Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited college/university or relevant experience in combination with training may take the place of the minimum educational degree requirement. Five (5) years' of progressively responsible Human Resources experience as an HR generalist, manager, associate or similar role with a strong working knowledge of the full range of HR functions. Three (3) years' experience in employee relations and full-cycle staff recruitment. Three (3) years' experience supervising and leading a team. Hands on experience and functions of ADP Workforce.
