Cozen O'Connor is seeking a commercial litigation attorney to join the firm's Washington, DC office as a Department Attorney. Ideal candidates will have experience litigating a wide variety of civil and commercial matters, including matters pertaining to mass and complex torts, professional liability, premises liability, product liability, and contract disputes. Deposition experience preferred. This is a non-partnership track position offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters and a reduced-hours schedule. Qualified candidates will have at least 4-6 years of law firm commercial litigation experience and will be able to demonstrate proficiency in written and oral advocacy skills and excellent academic credentials.
