Office Administrator - CSR needed!! This position performs outstanding customer service and office administrative duties to support our growing team under the general supervision of the Operations Director. This position provides top-notch service to our internal and external customers over the phone, email, and in person. The key objective for this position is to positively interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner while providing administrative and office support functions to different departments while promoting the company's core values. Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them as required Answer incoming customer calls / manage multiple calls at once Transfer calls to departments by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Manage phone system Manage business and trades licenses Receive and screen visitors General administration and clerical Sort mail / accept deliveries Maintain a safe and clean reception area Monitor and order office supplies Send out new customer thank you cards Manage recycling program Manage conference room schedule Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Advanced customer service skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Organized with ability to file printed and electronic documents Positive attitude Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Computer skills and knowledge of MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent communication skills Education: High school diploma or higher 2 years of office / customer service experience Wages & Benefits: Health - 100% Paid for the Employee - low deductible HMO plan Vision, Dental, Paid Vacation & Extended Holidays 401K & Profit Sharing Plan - 100% match up to 3% of wages Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $35,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: One location Work Remotely: No Work Location: One location
