The Administrative Coordinator screens, interviews and refers appropriate candidates to Recruiters for placement. This individual works with Healthcare Recruitment team and administrative support to ensure effective recruitment processes and recommends strategic improvements to the Director or Recruitment and Operations Manager. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment and retention goals. The Administrative Coordinator assists with the development of the recruitment plan in keeping patient care, and the hospital's mission and vision foremost at all times. Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred. One year of experience with New Hire On-boarding or Administrative Support preferred. One year of Healthcare Field and Medical Terminology experience preferred. Responsibilities: Supports recruitment team in workflows including, scheduling pre-screen and video interviews with candidate and hiring managers, compliance, on-boarding, education and other orientation requirements. Assist Recruitment Process Manager in ordering pre-screening (background check, drug screen) when needed Able to define the overall philosophy and objectives of nursing services in accordance with those of the hospital and interprets same to all applicants. Works directly with Operations Manager to ensure accuracy of work and reporting. Responsible for assisting in the implementation of recruitment and retention under the direction of the Director of Nurse Recruitment. Submits annual goals and objectives as requested by Director, which are consistent with the hospital's overall mission and vision statements.
