This opportunity is fully remote at present, prioritizing candidates in the Alexandria, VA area in case a Return to Office (RTO) happens in the future. The candidate will be responsible for providing life cycle development and testing of various aspects of the ServiceNow platform. This includes requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation support. Required Skills : 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst 5+ years of experience performing ServiceNow analysis and application development or similar responsibility 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Self- Service Portal, etc. 4+ years of experience performing Change Management 2+ years of experience ServiceNow development with Change Management Prior experience participating in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features Knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, JSON, PERL scripting, etc.) ServiceNow System Administration Certification required US Citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance Desired Skills: . ITILv3 Foundations Experience with Siebel Staff training in use of ServiceNow Job Responsibilities: .
