RDA is seeking an entry level IT Support Technician for our Manassas, VA office. The IT Support Technician will support end-users and systems including provisioning of hardware, software and user accounts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include (but not limited to); Install and configure computer hardware/software for IT Network systems Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of IT Network systems Monitor performance of IT Networks Provide technical support to end-users Use of IT Trouble Ticketing System Resolve computer network and software problems Troubleshoot issues with applications or systems Perform routine maintenance to include required hardware upgrades and/or repairs Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software or other network and system problems. Analyze equipment performance to determine the need for repair or replacement Position Requirements High School Diploma Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 Self-motivated Ability to work independently Ability to multi-task A talent for problem-solving and troubleshooting a variety of IT issues Strong oral and written communication skills Valid driver's license (with clean driving record) RDA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
