Responsibilities: Implementing Human Resource decisions Manages and maintains safe working conditions 2+ years of General Management Experience; Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Interview and recommend applicants for selection in hiring Oversee inventory, quality, and safety; including COVID protocols Respectful and approachable demeanor Financial analysis and forecasting Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports Lead your team with empathy, fairness, and clear direction while building teamwork Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests Requirements: Passionate about the mission and growth of Greenbar Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards High standards of visual aesthetic and presentation Very detailed oriented and organized Understanding of a start-up culture and wearing multiple hats Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service Possess strongly developed leadership and communication skills POS and back office computer skills (Clover, HotSchedules, Google Suite,); hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus; You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results; Full P&L responsibility including budgets, forecasting, food, and labor cost controls; Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Greenbar operations Fast casual, fast food Industry and/or restaurant Mentoring and developing team members Willingness to learn and grow with in a growing business Comfortable creating and implementing SOPs Culinary experience a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday On call Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Tips COVID-19 considerations: All customers are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup available, and common surfaces are sanitized regularly.
