As a United Auto Credit Area Sales Manager you are the face of the Company! Your ability to leverage the relationships you build makes you the single most important factor in growing our business. You would be responsible for business to business (B2B) sales, maintaining the existing customer base while achieving high quality customer satisfaction (which includes 24/7 availability) and retention; as well as increasing market share in assigned territories. . $42K base with uncapped commission + $400 gas card monthly . Expected first-year earnings of $55K - $75K with substantial earnings growth in year two. . Highest earners make $100k+ (base+commission) . To ensure your success, we provide you with the training, programs and technology you will need to help your dealers sell more cars and make more money. And when your dealers make more money, so will you. A day in the life of an Area Sales Manager: . An average of 5-10 dealership visits daily focused on: o Sign new dealerships, growing the application count with existing dealerships and capturing approved contracts. o Review deals with your dealer partners and helping them to structure or restructure deals as needed to fit our programs. . Act as a consultant/partner to F&I Managers to ensure maximum profitability for dealership through the sale of UACC products. . Work closely with your assigned Credit Analyst and Funder to ensure loan approvals and fast funding. . Work with the Dealer Compliance team in resolving issues within your market. . Build and maintaining dealer relationships and following up on approved Loan Applications. . Provide best-in-class customer service to your dealer customers. . Perform other duties as assigned. The ability to work out of your home and travel daily (within a 60 mile radius) to call on dealers. (A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance are required.) . Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. . Must be able to work Saturdays as needed out in the field. . Must be high energy and engaging - someone people enjoy working with. . Above average work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently. . High level of objectivity with openness to feedback and change. Education/Experience . 1-2 years previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success. . Previous experience in Business to Business Sales preferred but not required. What can you expect from us?
