We are looking for a full-time Customer Care Specialist who knows how to deliver the best customer experience! This position pays between $14.00 - $15.00 per hour. Description: The Customer Care Specialist researches issues and brings to resolution complex situations by using sound judgment and following company policies and guidelines. Requires the ability to handle a high volume of calls, inquires, and difficult issues with professionalism. Additionally, you must have excellent follow-through ability and possess outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.
