Hosts, Bussers and Food Runners (Guest Service Support) Full-time positions available Earn up to $600-$750 per week Our Hosts, Bussers and Food Runners are part of a team we call Guest Service Support. They are an integral part of our full restaurant service team providing exceptional hospitality, serving delicious scratch-made food and drink, and keeping our restaurant environment clean and welcoming. No matter where you work in our company, you are on a career path with challenges and opportunities for continued professional development and growth, and we are committed to your health and overall well-being. #FFRESTON WHAT OUR GUEST SERVICE SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS DO: Hosting and greeting more than 1,000 guests (on average) each day Assist with greeting guests in a friendly and engaging manner Respond to guest requests with exceptional hospitality Answer phones to take reservations or To Go orders Greet, seat, and thank guests Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items, such as linens, silverware, and glassware Run food and drinks from kitchen and bar to guest tables Support the service staff by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and taking them to the dishwasher Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining and set tables for next guests Keep silverware and linens rolled and guest ready Set up dining areas to prepare for large parties and brunch buffet Ensure condiments are clean and full Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, and checking the bathroom(s) Stock service areas with supplies, such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens Other important tasks, as assigned, that keep all of our guest operations humming WHAT YOU NEED TO BE ON THE GUEST SERVICE SUPPORT TEAM: Full-service restaurant experience is helpful, but not required Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed Capable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms WHAT WE OFFER OUR GUEST SERVICE SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS: Flexible scheduling Benefits for full-time workers after waiting period, include: paid time off and health coverage (medical, dental, vision) Employee wellness initiatives, including company massage therapist Discounted shift meal and generous discount when dining as a guest Training and career growth opportunities Free online mental health therapy (unlimited text messaging and two optional 30-minute live video therapy sessions per month) through our partner, TalkSpace, for all employees and their immediate family members
