We're looking for an experienced HR and recruitment manager who is ready to dig in and help our team with full cycle recruiting and employee-focused initiatives. As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be knowledgable in all areas of HR and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including leading the sourcing and recruitment function for CommunicateHealth. You'll be a key player in supporting the full employee experience, from leading hiring and onboarding through supporting talent development and engagement initiatives. Your work will support a mission-based consulting company committed to improving lives by designing health information that's easy to understand and use. Recruitment Own the full cycle recruiting function for the organization and implement process improvements as necessary Partner and build relationships with leaders and hiring managers to strategize on workforce planning and develop role-specific recruitment strategies Proactively use sourcing techniques to identify top candidates, leveraging multiple technologies, creative outlets, and networks to attract a diverse candidate pool Develop and build out recruiting methods to ensure the company has the exposure, tools, and insight to conduct candidate screenings and identify the best candidates for each role Ensure hiring process reflects commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), including training hiring teams on each step of the hiring process Develop and manage external brand initiatives related to recruiting, such as online presence (LinkedIn, Glassdoor), partnerships with universities, and networking opportunities Recommend, extend and negotiate offers of employment, looking for win-win solutions for both the candidate and our organization Manage and analyze hiring metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for the company Deliver a positive candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process HR Operations Activate and coordinate strategy for program initiatives in all EmpX areas, including talent development, hiring, operations, and employee engagement Make recommendations to optimize HR systems to meet the needs of EmpX strategy, including process improvements, reporting, and data analysis Partner with HR teammates to provide support with creating and operationalizing strategic initiatives Manage onboarding process and builds relationships with employees to support them through their full lifecycle Participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives Serves as a partner to managers for employee relations issues . We're looking for someone who has: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment and HR management experience Demonstrated experience with DEI hiring initiatives Experience with sourcing candidates and generating interest outside of inbound applications Project management experience Strong attention to detail, organized, and excellent problem solving and analytical skills Proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System and HRIS Experience working across all levels of leadership, including executive leadership Expertise in HR best practices Even better if you have: SHRM-CP or PHR certification Job Type: Full-time Pay: $74,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: One location
