Administrative Support Specialist ($17-21/hour, depending on experience) Full Time, Administrative Support Specialist, Monday - Friday 830-530 In office, Fairfax, Va. 22030 Administrative Support Specialist will be processing customer paperwork, writing up contracts, sending electronic agreements and updating account and billing information and processing customer cancellation requests. Administrative Support Specialist must be able to pay great attention to detail and have very strong organizational skills. Some phone and customer service skills are also needed because the Administrative Support Representative will be contacting our local dealers and may need to talk to customers and technicians from time to time. Administrative Support Specialist duties outlined below. Responsibilities include: Track and maintain various spreadsheets to report to management. Manage mailings accurately and efficiently Prepare, record and review account information and generate reports Prepare Contracts, Service Agreements or other necessary paperwork and send to customers. Proofread Contracts done by others to ensure policies are being followed. Update customer account information, process cancel letters Create job tickets and follow through to ensure jobs are complete Update Customer Billing Provide superior customer service by responding quickly and accurately to our customers concerns or needs.
