Qualifications: Associate's Degree in a related field preferredExperience in the Healthcare field and with medical terminology preferredExperience in staffing, recruiting, or healthcare/medical-healthcare human resources preferred Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting in the implementation of recruitment and retention under the direction of the Director of Nurse Recruitment.Collaborates with the clinical directors and patient care services directors to define current staffing recruitment needs for patient care for specific patient populations throughout the Division.Assure contact with applicants in a timely manner and keeps them informed of hire process.Schedules employment interviews with hiring manager.Recruits, screens, interviews, and refers qualified applicants to the appropriate managers.Assures verification of licensure, certifications, or registration as appropriate.Assures reference checks completed after authorization obtained.
