We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in West Coast USA or Remote. Responsibilities The objective of this role is to provide professional and timely support for a new financial system within a global organization. Partner with Business Analysts on the collection and analysis of new system requirements; generate documentation which support and translate the business needs into technical requirements Serve as a liaison between business, product and engineering teams on implementation and delivery of new features and functionality Responsible to create solutions for business issues, perform technical configuration changes, and ensure new releases meet quality assurance checks Provide system training to new users, and work with the software delivery team to roll out new functionality as it becomes available Talking clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face, or remotely, to help resolve issues Work with and provide user feedback to product and engineering team Other duties assigned as needed Partner with Data team to identify data flow to capture in the requirements. Experience creating mockups and wireframes to convey functionality to stakeholders and the development team. Provision in using user-centered design methodologies to solve technical problems Experience with Agile methodologies as a Technical System Analyst Experience using tools (such as AHA, Jira and Confluence, ) to document and trace requirements through the Product development life cycle The role will suit a candidate who has the interpersonal skills to complement their technical skills and is someone who can empathize with the client's perspective and simplify technical information. Qualifications Comfortable with financial terminology and systems Previously worked as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and team members Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and handle each request with discretion, tact, diplomacy and patience Strong analytical / technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills Respond within agreed time limits to incidents and service requests Work continuously on a task until completion (or escalating to another group where appropriate) Establish a good working relationship with customers and colleagues Strong oral and written communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Contract
