1st Americare is hiring a dynamic, energetic, and motivated Recruiter . This position is responsible for hiring Home Health Care professionals, ie PCA, Companions, LPNs, RNs who are assigned to work with our in home clients/Patients across the Fairfax/Loudoun/NOVA area. The role will proactively source and identify candidates, maintain a pipeline of future candidates, and ensure that the recruiting experience represents the company culture and values. **This is a HIGH-VOLUME recruiting role, filling 30+ positions monthly. ** Responsibilities: Maintain applicant flow processes for screening resumes, reviewing credentials, and scheduling/coordinating interviews Proactively source candidates to meet weekly recruitment goals Leverage all aspects of sourcing to develop a candidate pool through job posting, internet sourcing, social networking, and employee referrals Ensure applicant files are reviewed for completion including application, credentials, reference and background checks, and any applicable application fees Ensure compliance with regulations and employment laws Analyze applicant flow and make recommendations for sourcing caregivers Evaluate candidates during application review, screening, and interview process Demonstrate a customer service orientation toward hiring managers in meeting their talent needs and applicants during the interview process Present new hire orientation and update presentation materials as needed Maintain applicant tracking systems in deactivating applications that are not viable and notifying applicants. Support other administrative human resources functions Qualifications: 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience Undergraduate degree in related field preferred Goal-oriented and numbers driven Proven and effective time management skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task Customer service driven and attention to detail is a must Proficiency with MS Office products' Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Commission pay COVID-19 considerations: We follow CDC guidelines for prevention of Covid-19 Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location
