Position available for paralegal to work with one attorney and an administrative assistant handling claimant's workers' compensation claims in mid-size general practice law firm. Prior experience in the handling of workers' compensation claims is preferred along with knowledge of the needles program. In addition, the attorney handles some personal injury claims and prior experience in that area of practice is helpful. Paralegal degree and/or certificate is preferred. Applicant without a paralegal degree and/or certificate will be considered based upon prior employment experience.
