Responsibilities: Peraton is seeking a mid level HR Business Partner to support our Corporate functions. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to a dynamic growing organization. The ideal candidate will be energetic, a quick learner, and ready to make an impact byassisting in delivering customized and practical HR solutions to challenges across a range of HR functions including talent management (workforce planning, retention, succession planning), organization design and effectiveness, engagement and culture, diversity and compensation.Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization and client baseProactively anticipate needs. make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions in support of the client, the team and the leadershipProvide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needsManage, support, and assist with facilitation of HR projects to include the overall performance management process, employee engagement activities, mentoring programs, and new hire assimilation programs, and other HR projects throughout the yearIntegrate and partner with HR colleagues in the sectors as well as in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the businessPartner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and executionSupport employee relations issues across the organization as neededParticipate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR communityWork independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExhibit excellent customer teaming skills; collaborate in cross-functional teamsDemonstrate strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:5 years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent roleDemonstrates solid judgment and experience working with business leadersEffective communication and critical thinking skillsDemonstrates project management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environmentDemonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate effective relationships across teamsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office skills with focus in Excel and PowerPointConsulting, coaching and facilitation skillsPossess a can-do attitude and be a self-starterPossess good judgment in safeguarding sensitive material and make sound decisionsPreferred Qualification:BA/BS degree in HR, Business or related fieldHuman Resources Professional Certification (eg, PHR, SPHR, SHRM)Experience with HR software (Workday, iCIMS, etc)#LI-RB33
