Sparks Group works with a phenomenal non-profit organization in Northern Virginia that is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Order Processor to process incoming orders, answer customer questions and work within different computer platforms.   • Complete data entry of customer/client information
  • Assist with processing orders through different computer programs
  • Speak with customers and clients over the phone to answer questions and help with placing and processing sales orders
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain industry
  • Experience working within CRM
  • Experience working within ERP
  • Experience working within MS Dynamics AX is a plus
  • MS Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
